Refunds are accepted within 48 hrs from date of purchase. Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

We advise you to check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces.

Shipping times vary depending on the product you choose. Lead times on receiving your order can be between 5-10 days depending on the product.

All deliveries are curbside delivery.

It is the homeowners responsibility to bring goods into home.

It is not the drivers responsibility to assist or remove debris or packaging materials.

If there is any change to your chosen scheduled delivery date then we must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the expected date of delivery. If we are not notified then a re-delivery charge will apply of $250. Price may vary depending on location.
